Why: Even the most die-hard South Bombayites will want to immigrate for this one. Delhi-based Mexican restaurant Sancho’s salsas its way into a cute Bandra compound, complete with mud-caked walls, habanero chilies and churros to die for. Get in on our sneak peek here.

Sin your hopes on the creepy-cool Tongue Reign to curb excessive profanity, Tempula Point for the super verbose and Horn Mouth for malicious gossips. Buy for self use, quirky gifting, shelf embellishment or plain repentance. Also see her super cute handcart conference room table, displayed at Out of the Blue until November 13.
