According to owner Ronit Kanuga, this clounge (club + lounge) will feature an all-white bottom, sleek black first floor, house and hip hop music, Asian finger foods and explosive cocktails. Why: This private trainer to the stars has recently made room for us mortals, teaching a fitness regime called Corexx that challenges the body’s core muscles and incorporates yoga asanas. Other ’belles spotted at the class included a pretty actress, lithe choreographer and hot model. Boys, bring your equipment.

When: You don’t know squat.

Why: AJ and Ami are moving to San Francisco and are packing light. Excess baggage will be offloaded at their one-day garage sale which includes a skate board, cool art books, X Box and a seriously pretty antique phone in working condition. Ka-tring!
