Why: Restaurateur Rahul Akerkar took Tote on the Turf’s recent blues quite literally; he’s turned it into a fancy new Nawabi restaurant named Neel.Replacing the European fanfare will be a Lucknowi chef who’ll cook up sabzis made from apple, pine nut soup and other treats from Kashmir and Hyderabad.
