Invites to Google+ pinged into our inboxes last week, bringing with them talk of circles and sparks, huddles and hangouts, as well as speculation on whether Google would finally be able to destroy Facebook and Twitter (again). What do you think? Read through our review round-up before making up your mind.

CNN: "... The Google+ user interface - standard and mobile - is cleaner, more intuitive, more attractive, more user friendly, and less potentially misleading than Facebook's. Plus, it offers huge potential to connect with all the other Google services I'm already using: Google calendar, Gmail, Google docs, and more."  (Read more here).

San Franciso Chronicle: "It's big, it's ambitious, and it looks a lot like a lot of other things...None of these are bad ideas. But they're not groundbreaking either." (Read more here).

Tech Crunch: "When I sat down last week with Google’s Vic Gundotra and Bradley Horowitz to get a tour of Google.... my immediate reaction made them extremely happy. I told them that it looks great — Circles in particular — it was almost as if it wasn’t a Google product!" (Read more here.)

Hindu Business Line: "Google has done some homework. When Google announced Plus, there were jokes about how Google was ‘nonPlussed' about social networks. But now, it seems Google has got it right." (Read more here.)

Forbes: "Failing fast and learning from the GoogleWave lesson, Google’s latest offering, GooglePlus (G+) shows promise in bringing similar disruptive technology concepts to market, yet packaged in easier to adopt metaphors such as activity streams, walls, hangouts, and circles." (Read more here.)
