I tried this service and was very unhappy with them. I gave a Hugo Boss purse, beige Ferragamo pumps, black Gucci flats and a suede leather jacket for cleaning. The beige pumps looked the same after service. The black flats looked cleaner but the sole looked like it was coming off the edges…that really annoyed me. The purse looked cleaner on the surface but the gaps where dust collects had been completely overlooked! The suede jacket fared the worst….it’s not soft anymore and it has small black spots on it now. They did not give any satisfactory answer to my request for an explanation. Needless to say I will never use their services again and don’t recommend them at all.
