In light of the recent bar and party raids, Lagerbay (remember the bar that replaced Zenzi in Bandra?) is now offering to get your liquor permit sorted. While a day license for those who want to drink at Lagerbay will be free of charge, an annual permit will cost you Rs 100 and a lifetime one will cost Rs 1,000. Call and ask for Naveen, who will tell you to bring two passport size photos and proof of address (driver's license or passport) to Lagerbay, and will promise to get it done in a week.
