Why: Celebrity chef Nikhil Chib seems to be on a spring roll. After setting up the second branch of his beloved eatery Busaba in Lower Parel, he’s cooking at a special one-night-only pop-up restaurant for bpb, to take place at a subscriber’s home. Attractions will include interaction with the chef and his delish Thai curry (and popcorn shrimp, red snapper, chocolate fondant) as well as the chance to meet 20 cool strangers.
