Why: Was it our fussing over the mango tart, buttery and ambrosial, that made Sweet Desire blush so? Pink all over, this new patisserie from the guys behind Firangi Paani, sells yum, not-too-sweet red velvet and chunky chocolate cupcakes; rainbow-coloured macarons (not as good as Le 15’s); and that center-of- attention Alphonso tart. Steer clear of the vanilla cupcake with synthetic-y frosting and lack lustre black forest pastries.

When: You want an a-mousse bouche.
