Why: Saffron Bay may not be associated with the Shiv Sena, but it plans to live up to its name: this new restaurant will serve all things North Indian, including tandoor-cooked meats, biryani, traditional dessert and even martinis from the motherland, like the jambuntini, a gin-based cocktail served with fresh jambuns. Saffron Bay can seat up to fifty people, and feature private dining areas named Mughal, Rajashtan, Ajanta and Madhuban. Son of the boil, indeed!
