Pleasantly Plum
Ingredients:
50 gms fresh Californian plum
60 ml apple juice
20 ml Monin peach
60 ml Smirnoff Vodka
Method:
Add ingredients to shaker and mix thoroughly.
Serve in a martini glass and garnish with a fresh plum slice.
