Honey Roasted, Black Forest Ham, Rucola and Green Olive pizza
Ingredients
For the Pizza dough
150 gms refined flour
5 gms yeast
5 gms olive oil
20 ml milk
20 ml water
5 gms sugar
For the Tomato Sauce
50 gms peeled tomato pulp
1 bay leaf
20 gms onion
5 gms garlic
For the Toppings
40 gms honey roasted ham
20 gms fuji apple
45 gms mozzarella cheese
10 gms black olives
20 gms rocket leaves
5 gms oregano
Method
Mix the yeast and sugar in 10 ml of warm water and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Mix the other ingredients for the dough and the yeast mixture to make a stiff tough. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
Roll the pizza dough into round shape, spread tomato sauce over pizza base leaving a one inch border.
Top it with sliced black olives and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Then bake it into a pre-heated oven until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned.
Once the pizza is baked, top it with roasted honey ham, fuji apple & rocket leaves.
Serve hot garnished with oregano.
