Why: The smell of freshly baked lemon cake led us to this new cooking studio. Here, you can take workshops on everything from sushi and Shish Tawouk to  Shrimp Creole and Saffron Risotto. The small but impressive set up comes complete with professional cooking units, whimsical crockery and a culinary coach trained under Michelin-starred chefs.
