Why: Let off some steam at bpb and the Four Seasons’ dim sum class, where lessons will be hands-on and the mushrooms, wild. Executive chef Clinton Cooper and the hotel’s new dim sum chef Xiao Feng Shi will teach you how to make meat and veggie siu mai, ha gao and half moons from scratch (including the skins), as well as spring rolls and wantons.
