Ingredients:
2 to 3 raw mangoes
2 teaspoons cumin powder
150 gms yogurt
7 to 8 mint leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation:
Marinate the raw mangoes with rock salt & few drop of oil.
Wrap the marinated mangoes in silver foil and broil.
Let them cool and then pulp. Mix mango pulp with yogurt, mint leaves, cumin powder and sugar.
Cool in the refrigerator. Serve with a cube of ice.
