Why: bpb and Smoke House Deli team up to host a meat class that you can buy a steak in. At individual work stations, Chef Glyston will teach you the best ways to cut and cook steak and chicken, plus how to make two marinades and two sides. On the menu: House mustard steak with roasted potato wedges, carrots and asparagus and Peri Peri rubbed chicken with mashed potatoes and a side salad. At the end of class, you can scarf down all that you've cooked.
