At individual work stations, Chef Glyston will teach you the best ways to cut and cook steak and chicken, plus how to make two marinades and two sides. On the menu: House mustard steak with roasted potato wedges, carrots and asparagus and Peri Peri rubbed chicken with mashed potatoes and a side salad. At the end of class, you can scarf down all that you've cooked.
