bpb Dessert Box: FAQs

What is the bpb Dessert Box?
It’s a pretty box featuring a variety of bpb’s favourite desserts, hand-delivered to you on a designated day every month (say, the last Wednesday or last Friday of the month).

Each box will contain six different treats from three new bakers, tried and tested by us and rotated on a monthly basis. Expect batter-filled cupcakes and palm-sized macaroons, Swiss rolls and sweet pies, and maybe even a chocolate-covered Scouter?

What’s the deal?
The box is priced at Rs 750, and you can sign up for a three-month minimum membership.

Sweet! How do I register?
Send us your address and contact number to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , or call 9820228582/9867885533. We will reply to your email with more details.

What is the payment method?
You have three options: We can have the cash or cheque collected, or you can wire the money to us. Simple!

Can I gift a bpb Dessert Box?
Yes! You can choose to take a three-month subscription, out of which you can gift one box to someone else. And yes, we'll deliver it too, and send your regards.

You also have the option of sending us the giftee’s address and we’ll be happy to deliver all three boxes to them for you. The payment process is the same as above.

I want to order the bpb Dessert Box for my office. How do I go about doing that?
Sure, you can! Put us in touch with your company's HR team, and we'll work our persuasion charms on them.

Can I make an order for only one box?
And give you just six treats? You deserve more! With sprinkles on top.

Can I order an eggless box?
Not yet, but we're working on it.

Will it be just desserts?
We’re starting off with dessert, but we’re hoping to surprise you from time to time.

Can I recommend a baker?
Yes, we’re always happy to connect with talented pastry chefs and cooks from across the city. You can email us their contact details along with their website, menu or Facebook page.

If I’m a baker or home chef, how does my stuff make it to your box?
Email us your menu. Our editorial/taste team will gladly order some and decide if your dessert will make it to the Box.

When will you start a savoury box? And an eggless dessert box? Eagerly awaiting both! Cheers :)

Sounds like an awesome idea! However, by not allowing an order for a single dessert box, you're losing out on folks like me who would like to get a preview before signing up for a membership.-Nick
