Why: Get street smart at this fun cooking class where the very fancy Rahul Akerkar and Neel’s master chef Mukhtar Qureshi will teach you how to whip up treats sold in Mumbai’s khao gullies. With two people per work station, you’ll learn how to make Baida Roti, Bhatti Khumb ka Katti Roll and Hare Pyaaz aur Murgh Ka Pasanda, from scratch. The class will end on a sweet note with everyone frying up their own jalebis. Let’s get this show off the road!
