So during coffee at the JW Marriott, we heard whispers of a new Spanish restaurant that’s slated to open by the end of this month at the Juhu five star hotel. It’s called Arola and will be set up by two Michelin star chef Sergi Arola. The restaurant will be situated in the lobby next to the banquet, and will serve Spanish cuisine. What an idea, Sergi!

The hotel confirmed this over two phone calls, but with their PR team, mum’s the word. Which reminds us, Happy Mother’s Day. And more details on Arola soon!
