
What: Amadeus, new Spanish restaurant at The National Center of Performing Arts (NCPA), NCPA Marg, Nariman Point.
Why: Farrokh Khambata, the chef behind Joss, opens his new Spanish-Mediterranean restaurant next week, lined with photos of flamenco dancers and full-swing orchestras, lit by antique chandeliers and fitted with a long bar. The menu will offer dishes like lobster with grain mustard, Saratoga lamb rack and Joss’s awesome chocolate soufflé (yay!). Look out for the full bpb review!
