Why: Homegrown band Something Relevant puts down toots at a 1,000 square foot former cotton mill, which they’re transforming into a studio/recording jam room for themselves and other Mumbai bands. The space is tricked out with all kinds of cool equipment, including egg monitors, an Apollo UAV device, nucleus controllers, acoustics by Andy Monroe and a 2,000 tonne cotton press – no fabrication!

When: Johnny Cash crop goes live in the third week of June.
