Medical nutritionist and Yoga Institute (Santacruz) studied Naaznin Husein owns a five storey building in Bandra where she recently started Freedom, a holistic center that offers said ashtang yoga class with a view, pranayam and meditation. Along with sports nutritionist Sonal Raval, she also teaches functional training and runs a nutrition centre.

When: Ashtang baby! Classes are held on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 6.30 am and 8.45 am. Evening classes to begin soon.
