Cheese Cube-ists

It’s Monday. And then there’s this horrid weather. How will you get through the day? Maybe if you knew there was something waiting for you at the end – art that will make you swoon, and then grab a spoon.

Starting at 6.30 pm today, The Loft at Lower Parel will host a fun evening as a preview (open to everyone) to The Five Senses: Les Cinq Sens, an art exhibit featuring works by French artist Agathe de Bailliencourt and Kolkatta-based painter Sukanya Ghosh.

In Willy Wonka-style, the preview will feature besides the paintings, art installations you can eat, courtesy chefs from French bistro Chez Vous (Churchgate), who’ll have you spooning ravioles de roquefort,  l'aumonière de poulet, le crabe farci and la tarte au fruit. You like? Nice taste.

Plus, there'll be film screenings and music.

You: 1, Monday: 0.

Getting there: The Loft, Mathuradas Mills Compound, next to Blue Frog, Tulsi Pipe Road,  Lower Parel, call 30400166, today from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm.
