Along with celebrating India’s independence, this weekend support a different kind of freedom as well – the Queer Azaadi Pride March is on Sunday, August 16th, which starts at August Kranti Marg. Also, preceding it is the Azaad Bazaar Exhibition, beginning tomorrow, Friday and running through Saturday evening.

If you’re feeling creative, head to the Great Wall of Mumbai along Tulsi Pipe Road, where the Wall Project, along with the Municipal Corporation of Mumbai is organizing painting sessions.
