Why: Learn how to make batter from scratch, flip crepes, work with fun-sounding French utensils like rozel and bilig and whip up four different types of fillings: cream of tuna, olive tapenade, sugar- lemon and Nutella with banana and grated coconut. Beau concept! Class distractions include Suzette’s dishy proprietors Antonia, Jeremie and Pierre, who will be conducting the workshop.
