Why: Nocturnal cousin of On The Water is Anidra, a swank, subterranean nightclub that arrived last week bearing all kinds of gifts, including surprisingly reasonable cocktails (we love summer plum and bell pepper martinis), shatteringly good fried snacks (try buttermilk onion rings and maple bacon) and a 24/7 operating license that the manager promises to exercise “whenever the crowd demands it”. However, food and other essentials (you know what we’re talking about) can be scored at the nearby market, only ten minutes by foot. Definitely worth a tripping!
