At individual work stations, Chef Shamsul Wahid will teach you the best ways to cut and cook steak and chicken, plus how to make two marinades and two sides. On the menu: three peppercorn crusted fillet steak with roast potatoes and a side salad; and bacon wrapped chicken with sausage stuffing and a side of mashed potatoes and green beans.
