Why: Every meal at the newly opened Tres in Lodhi Market will include a snack-in-the-box, with Chef Jatin Malik – you might remember him from Zest – introducing specials and seasonal ingredients into a continental menu that rotates daily. Tres Bien! During a sneak peek we tried an insanely comforting warm pumpkin tart, electric chilli king prawns and chicken and pancetta roulade that we all but mopped up.
